Information concerning formal requirements for the auction of Bundled Product at IP Mallnow

Due to the fact that the auction of Bundled Product at IP Mallnow that will be conducted on 24th of February 2014 on PRISMA Primary Platform for the following periods:

- Quarter from 1 April 2014 to 1 June 2014:
2 917 792 kWh/h (282 677 m3/h in accordance with the GOST standard, which is 263 365 m3/h in normal conditions)
- Quarter from 1 July 2014 to 1 October 2014:
2 917 792 kWh/h (282 677 m3/h in accordance with the GOST standard, which is 263 365 m3/h in normal conditions)

and regarding the short period of meeting formal and legal requirements necessary to execute a transmission agreement with the TGPS Operator, and meeting your expectations, we kindly inform about the possibility of changing dates of sending documents required to participating in the auction.

Auction Participants may be entities that meet formal and legal requirements as following:

- Submit scans of required documents until 17 of February 2014 by e-mail at: aukcje@gaz-system.pl ,
- Submit original of these documents until 19 of February 2014, 15:00 and send them to:

- Foreign Participants should submit sworn translations of documents until 20 of February 2014, 15:00.

All documents must be submitted in original or in the form of true copies and signed in accordance with representation authorities defined in the valid transcript from the National Court Register.

Simultaneously, please be informed that the bundled capacity will be offered according to “the Terms and Conditions of GASCADE” and “GAZ-SYSTEM’s Rules of the Auction of Bundled Product at IP Mallnow".

GAZ-SYSTEM is a strategic company for the Polish economy. It is responsible for the transmission of natural gas, manages the most important gas pipelines in Poland and owns the President Lech Kaczyński LNG Terminal in Świnoujście.

As part of the 2015-2025 investment programme, GAZ-SYSTEM is constructing over 2000 km of new gas pipelines in the western, southern and eastern parts of Poland. Over a dozen new gas pipelines are under construction within the North-South Gas Corridor and the compressor station in Kędzierzyn Koźle, as well as interconnections with Lithuania and Slovakia. Onshore gas pipelines are planned to connect the planned FSRU floating terminal in the Gulf of Gdansk with the national transmission system. The LNG Terminal in Świnoujście is also being extended, as a result of which the regasification capacity of this facility will be increased by more than a half.

The company is also implementing one of the most important infrastructural projects in the country - the Baltic Pipe project which consists in the construction of a two-way offshore gas pipeline connecting Poland and Denmark, expansion of the local transmission network and three gas compressor stations.
