In connection with the approval of “The Tariff for Gas Transmission Services No. 3” on 7 May 2009 by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, please be informed that pursuant to article 47, item 4 of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997, the Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. hereby introduces the “The Tariff for Gas Transmission Services No. 3”, to be applicable as of 1 June 2009.
