President of the Energy Regulatory Office has approved the updated list of relevant points of the National Transmission Network and Transit Gas Pipeline System

On 30 April 2019, the President of the Energy Regulatory Office has approved the updated list of relevant points of NTN and TGPS, that were subject to the requirement of publishing information on technical, contracted and available capacity in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) No. 715/2009 on conditions of the access to the natural gas transmission networks.

Regulation 715/2009 requires the transmission system operators to publish, in relation to their services, information specified in the annex to the regulation (on technical, contracted and available capacities in relation to specific points, including input and output points) in a transparent, standardised and regular way. The President of the Energy Regulatory Office is responsible for the approval of the list of relevant points that are subject to the information obligation and takes a decision at the request of Transmission System Operator and based on prior consultation with market participants.

In case of an updated list of relevant points, the market consultations has been carried out by the Energy Regulatory Office between 11-25 March 2019.

GAZ-SYSTEM also owns Polskie LNG, the operator of the President Lech Kaczyński's LNG Terminal in Świnoujście.
