Our Company Among 2013 Top Employers in Poland
On 28 February, the 2013 Top Employers Poland awards were presented in Warsaw Our company is one of the 29 organisations recognised for the best HR practices in Poland.
Our company was received the Top Employers certification because the best HR practice questionnaire of the CRF Institute showed that the employment conditions offered to the personnel by GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. were above 60% of the best result achieved in Poland.
The Top Employers survey focuses on best HR practices and consists of 65 questions related to HR standards and practices. The CRF Institute, the organiser of the ranking, evaluated the following:
- basic benefits,
- extra benefits and working conditions,
- training and development opportunities,
- professional career development,
- organisational culture management.
In order to receive the Top Employers certificate each participant of the project undergoes an assessment and audit. The assessment starts with filling out a detailed questionnaire dedicated to HR practices in the firm and the value proposition for the employees. The filling out of the questionnaire is a responsibility of the HR Manager. Next, the questionnaire, following a thorough pre-audit, is sent to an external firm – Grand Thornton – for a formal audit. The results show which companies met the certification requirements and are awarded the Top Employer's title.
