Jeleniów-Dziwiszów gas pipeline
In January 2012, the construction of the Jeleniów - Dziwiszów gas pipeline which is 65.7 km in lenght and located in Dolny Śląsk region was completed.
Construction of the gas pipeline was connected with the development of the transmission system from the Lasów side and constitutes an important element in strengthening the energy security of Poland.

- dolnośląskie voivodship - municipalities: Nowogrodziec, Lubań, Miasto Lubań, Olszyna, Gryfów Śląski, Lubomierz, Stara Kamienica, Jeżów Sudecki i Miasto Jelenia Góra
- Jeleniów-Dziwiszów gas pipeline with other pipelines that have arisen in Dolny Śląsk region will allow increased amounts of gas received from the European Union, at the point of Lasów and the Polish-German border area and enhance the attractiveness for new investments.
Communes which have a gas pipeline running through their territory obtain additional funding in the form of a property tax paid annually by the investor in the amount of 2% of the investment value located in the given commune. This is a sum that regularly contribute to the commune's budget and that can be allocated for the needs of the residents and local communities.
