Regulations regarding Podbeskidzie Region Capacity Facilitation Procedure
Due to the translation inaccuracies, Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. has decided to change the English version of the Regulations of the Podbeskidzie Capacity Facilitation Procedure.
Please find the revised version 1.1 of the Regulations. Currently this version of the Regulations shall be considered as valid and appropriate.
Please be noticed that according to the Regulations in case of differences between English and Polish versions, the Polish one is valid.

Appendix No. 1 – Specimen Bid Form
Due to the comments received from the market users concerning the content of the guarantee being Appendix 2 to Podbeskidzie Region Capacity Facilitation Procedure, Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. agreed to publish the guarantee in version 1.1. (available under link below). Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. would like to inform also that delivery of guarantee based on the previous specimen, is also acceptable.
Appendix No. 2 – Specimen Bank (Insurance) Guarantee
Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. kindly informs, that due to the assumed later date of the investment completion on Czech side (according to the published documents on RWE Transgas Net s.r.o. website), it was necessary to implement relevant changes in the specimen of Gas Transmission Contract, being an Annex 3 to the Podbeskidzie Region Capacity Facilitation Procedure.
Therefore, as of today the only one appropriate specimen of the Gas Transmission Contract shall be the version 1.1, available under following link:
