The Branch is based in Gdansk, which hosts the Head Office of the Branch and most of its organisational units such as the departments of economics and finance, administration, technology, measurement crews and HSE.

The key responsibilities of the Branch in Gdansk include: transportation of natural gas through the transmission pipeline network and operation of gas system facilities – high-pressure gas pipelines, distribution and measurement points and pressure reduction stations. The operation is carried out by the units based in the head office in Gdansk and in the Field Service Unit in Grudziadz and the Distribution and Measurement Point in Gustorzyn.

The area of operations covers:

• Pomorskie Voivodship,
• Kujawsko – Pomorskie Voivodship,
• a part of Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship (communes of Slawno and Postomino in Slawno poiviat),
• a part of Wielkopolskie Voivodship (commune of Trzemeszno in Gniezno poviat),
• a part of Warminsko – Pomorskie Voivodship (poviats of Braniewo, Elbląg, Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, commune of Orneta in Lidzbark poviat, communes of Susz and Kisielice in Ilawa poviat).
