GAZ – SYSTEM recruits new employees depending on the current needs of the Company. Each time the recruitment process starts with identification of potential internal candidates for the vacant position. It is an important aspect of the personnel policy of the Company, which is focused on internal promotion of employees within the organisation. In case when this is not possible, external recruitment takes place.

The basic step of each recruitment process consists in a review of the applications received by the Company (CV and cover letter). On this basis the potential candidates qualify for the subsequent stages, i.e.:
1. interview (usually more than one session, depending on the position),
2. tests to measure individual capabilities of the candidates,
3. tasks specific to the position to test the knowledge and skills of the candidates.
