GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. again in the Ranking of Responsible Companies

Our company was again included in the Ranking of Responsible Companies at the 5th place among power companies and at the 30th place in the general ranking prepared by the Centre of Business Ethics of the Leon Koźmiński University and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. This means that we have moved two places forward in the industry and one place forward in the general list.

”In our ranking, we have gathered the elite of companies that apply CSR principles. And it does not matter whether we mean place on the podium or at the end of the list. The very fact that a company is recorded in the list shows that it is one of top companies in the whole market”, says Jarosław Chorodecki responsible for ranking preparation.

The Ranking of Responsible Companies is published every year. To the eight edition, over 500 companies were invited. The ranking was prepared on the basis of a questionnaire prepared by Dr. Bolesław Rok, expert from the Centre of Business Ethics of the Leon Koźmiński University in cooperation with the consulting company, PwC, which was responsible for the verification of the study. This-year questionnaire was made of 60 closed questions broken down into five areas: responsible leadership, social commitment, communication with stakeholders, social innovativeness, and responsible management.
