GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. is coordinating the construction of the terminal in cooperation with three entities: The Maritime Office in Szczecin, the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority S.A. as well as Polskie LNG S.A.
In 2009, an agreement was concluded between GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. and the Maritime Office in Szczecin, the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority S.A. and Polskie LNG S.A., which specified the principles of cooperation between the four entities performing the investment.
GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. – coordination of the entire project in the scope of the LNG terminal; participation in financing by increasing the share capital of the subsidiary Polskie LNG S.A.; construction, and then operation of the connection gas pipeline and the transmission gas pipeline.
Polskie LNG S.A. - construction and operation of the LNG terminal.
Maritime Office in Szczecin - construction and maintenance of the outer port infrastructure, including the new breakwater, groyne, swinging area and approach fairway as well as supervision of traffic navigational safety.
Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority S.A. – construction of port infrastructure, including mooring infrastructure as well as a infrastructure enabling assembly of gas transmission facility from the mooring part to the land part of the LNG terminal.
