List of amendments to the Code
Subsequent amendments to the contents of TNC resulting from consultations with market participants will be registered in the list of amendments.
Amendments introduced to TNC due to changes in legal regulations and decisions of competent authorities are not subject to consultation with market participants.
We hereby inform that on November 19th, 2009, the Management Board of Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. adopted a resolution on approval of the contents of amendments to the TNC Part 1 and granting consent to the publication of the amended contents, and determining the date on which the amendments come into force as of December 15th, 2009.
