The employee involvement index of GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. in 2012 amounted to 85 % and thus increased by 5 percentage points in comparison to last year's result (80%). The involvement index obtained places the Company as many as 40 percentage points above the average involvement in Poland (45%) and 42 percentage points above the average in the energy sector (43%).

Over the years, the involvement index has increased almost four-fold: from 28% in 2008, through 67% a year later, 73% in 2010, 80% in 2011, up to 85% in the last edition of the survey.

GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. was also awarded the title Top Employers Polska 2013, which confirms that the company offers its workers and staff high quality employment conditions.
