List of appendices forming an integral part of the agreement:

Appendix 1
Copy of a transcript of the register of entrepreneurs for the TSO and a copy of a power of attorney confirming the authority of the persons signing the Agreement to represent and bind the TSO.

Appendix 2
Originals or certified true copies of:

• the excerpt from the register of entrepreneurs for the TSU;
• the decision to issue the Regon number;
• the decision to issue the NIP number.

A transcript of the TSU’s licence certified true or a statement signed by persons authorised to represent the TSC confirming that the business pursued by the TSU does not require a licence under the Energy Law.

A document confirming the submission of financial security.
