TGPS Auction documents

Auction Participants may be entities that:

  • will register on GAZ-SYSTEM AUCTIONS platform ;
  • in case of the first platform user registration from company, in order to complete the registration process it is required to sending the following documents to the e-mail aukcje@gaz-system.pl:
    - scan of signed Power of attorney for GSA (PDF)
    - scan of valid transcript from the National Court Register of your company (with translation into polish language or at least into English),
  • have signed a transmission agreement with GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. for Polish Transmission System and Transit Gas Pipeline System;
  • submit the attorneys for persons authorized to take part in the auction in the form available here (PDF);
  • submit the scan of the Financial Security Statement in the form available here (PDF);
  • have paid deposit in amount 1 500 PLN.

The deposit should be paid on following account number:

Deposit transfer title: "WADIUM SGT" and the name of the entity

 
All documents must be submitted in original and signed in accordance with representation authorities defined in the valid transcript from the National Court Register (please, inform us about any changes in the National Court Register of your company) and sent on:
