The professional development of employees belongs to one of the key tasks fulfilled within the human resources policy.

GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. employees undergo compulsory trainings and take advantage of professional and competency trainings, workshops language courses, degree and post-graduate courses as well as MBA courses. The employer has also made it possible to participate in trade conferences both in the country and abroad completely free of charge. The employees that are undergoing training or further education take training leave in compliance with the amended provisions of the labour code.

Some of the trainings are performed internally and since 2011 they include trainings on the integrated management system and occupational health and safety.
